Delete your account

Your Den account lives on the Den server you signed in to, run by you or by someone you know. The developer of The Den doesn't hold your account or your viewing information, so the deletion happens on that server. You can do it in any of these ways:

• In the phone app: open Account, then Delete my account, and type your user name to confirm.
• On the web: open /delete-account at your Den server's address (for example https://your-den-address/delete-account), sign in, and confirm.
• Ask the server's admin to delete your account from Users.

What is deleted

Your account, your watch history, resume positions, ratings, favourites, watchlist, live TV favourites, recording schedules, requests, and every device signed in to your account are removed from that server straight away. Nothing is kept.

An admin can't delete their own account while they are the server's only admin; they make someone else an admin first, or remove The Den from the computer it runs on.
